Urolift

This minimally invasive office procedure has revolutionized the treatment of BPH ( benign prostate enlargement ). If you are experiencing frequent daytime and/or nighttime urination you might have BPH. Other symptoms include a weaker flow, urgency, a sensation of incomplete bladder emptying, and in more advanced stages can include leaking urine before you can make it to the bathroom and the inability to empty your bladder completely.

It is important to not ignore these symptoms as BPH is a progressive condition and ultimately can lead to irreversible injury to your bladder and its function. If you are having to get up at night to urinate multiple times, you are not getting a good night’s rest.

The UROLIFT procedure takes about 15 minutes in the office and is done under Nitrous Oxide anesthesia. Before this, most of your options were not only most invasive but had to be done in a hospital setting, exposing you to hospital-acquired infections and higher costs.
